About That · for real estate

Every listing gets a voice. Yours.

Buyers scroll listings at midnight; you can’t be there. Put an audio player on every property page where you pitch the home in your own voice while a sharp AI buyer asks what real buyers ask — the price, the roof, the street. We call it The Open House Panel, and one snippet covers your entire site.

Per-listing, automatically

One snippet in your listing template. Each property page renders its own episode from that listing’s details — 40 listings, 40 episodes, zero extra work.

Your voice, not a robot’s

A short consented voice-clone session once, and every episode speaks as you. Buyers meet their agent before they ever call.

The skeptic sells it

The AI buyer asks about price justification, big-ticket items, and what the listing leaves out — and concedes good answers. Honest pushback is what makes the pitch land.

How it works

  1. 1One embed, your whole site. Create an embed on the “Real-estate agent” preset, allow your brokerage’s domain, and record your voice clone once (a few minutes of reading, with recorded consent).
  2. 2Snippet goes in the listing template. Paste the script tag into your listing page template — it ships on every property page automatically. Each listing gets its own episode, rendered from that listing’s own details.
  3. 3Buyers press play. They hear you walk the property — grounded in what the listing actually says — while an AI buyer probes price, condition, and neighborhood. Your answers do the selling.

Fine print, honestly: the panel only speaks what your listing page actually says — it won’t invent square footage or renovation dates. Listing pages need their text in the page itself (server-rendered); listings drawn in purely by a JavaScript IDX widget aren’t supported yet. Each embed has a daily render cap you control, and your cloned voice requires recorded consent.

Be at every open house — including the ones happening at midnight on your website.
