How the service works

An operated service, not an IP hand-off

You rent the capability — per active shopper or per order. We run the ops. The engine and the store-map data stay ours, so the moat keeps compounding instead of being sold off once.

Phone-first — no hardware to approve

The routing, item-find, and planogram matching are device-agnostic. Shoppers use the audio-first copilot on the phone they already carry — no camera rollout, no gear line item, no adoption friction. Glasses are a later hands-free upgrade, never a dependency.

A store-map data moat

The hard part of grocery picking is current, accurate per-store aisle data. The shoppers build and refresh the maps as they work, so coverage and accuracy grow with usage — an asset that appreciates and is expensive to replicate.

Batch + the delivery leg

One merged walk covers two or three customers’ orders, bagged per customer; the driver’s drop route is computed for the batch. Efficiency across the whole trip, not just a single pick.
