AisleAsk
The store knows where
everything is.
Now you do too.
AisleAsk is a hands-free store-walk copilot. Punch in an order and it gives you the fastest route through the store, where every item sits, scan-to-confirm, and smart substitutions — audio-first, on the phone you already carry.
Choose your path
Pick faster. Earn more.
Grocery shoppers: any store like it’s your home store, hands on the cart, more orders per shift.
Pick faster, at fleet scale.
DoorDash, Instacart, and grocery chains: cut pick time and shopper ramp as an operated service — phone-first, no hardware rollout.
Five things, one copilot
Route
Punch in the order and AisleAsk plots the shortest path through THIS store — sections walked in order, no backtracking.
Find
Aisle and shelf for every item, read to you as you go. Walk a store you’ve never entered like it’s your home store.
Scan
Point at the shelf tag to confirm the right item and size — fewer wrong picks, fewer callbacks.
Substitute
Out of stock? It suggests the substitution most likely to be accepted, so the trip keeps moving.
Batch
Pick two or three customers’ orders in one merged walk, bagged per customer, with a drop route for the driver.
On your phone today. Glasses when you want both hands.
The routing, item-find, and planogram matching are device-agnostic, so AisleAsk runs audio-first on the phone in your pocket — no new gear to buy. When you’re ready to go fully hands-free, the same copilot moves to AR glasses: the route in your ear, both hands on the cart, eyes on the shelves.
What’s real, and what’s early
The engine — in-store routing, item-find, section scanning, and timed picking — is built and working, and the shopper tool at /shop is live. The business side is early: we run measured pilots and are mapping stores city by city. We’re not claiming a partnership with any delivery platform — AisleAsk works alongside the apps you already shop on.
